Thank you for visiting my page. My name is Heather McBride and I am the owner of McBride Virtual Management. I am a Virtual Business Manager, specializing in Real Estate. I am passionate about what I do and those I partner with.

A little about me…My husband and I met in high school and have been married since 1998 and have one son. We live in Texas and love to be near the water.

I began my career as a teacher in both private and public schools. I changed gears when I became pregnant with my son, who is now 22. I became a Virtual Office Manager for a service company and my duties were extensive and varied. I excelled at marketing and customer relations. I also managed Social Media, developed employee training, handled invoicing, billing, proofreading, and the list goes on.

Thanks to the state of things in the world in 2020, that service company closed its doors. So, I began this company with a plan to be a Virtual Assistant. I have helped a wide range of small business owners ranging from a Chess coach to a restaurant, a landscaper to an insurance agent, as well real estate agents.  I have found myself loving the things I can do to help RE agents the most. The fast-paced market means that there is always something to do. It is more than virtual assisting (as most people associate that with a secretary-type position). I see myself and my clients as partners and I play a vital role in their visibility and marketing. Depending on the client's needs, I am an all-encompassing Business manager. I work with each individual partner to learn their needs and where I can best help them and fill the gaps.
